About Ryan Skrzypkowski

Ryan Skrzypkowski is the lead associate of the RSTS Group— a high-performance, innovative, and in-demand real estate team with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury. A young entrepreneur with a true passion for life, his energy is contagious.

 

Ryan, who hails from Nottingham, England, moved to Sarasota, Florida, at the age of 21. This move across the Atlantic marked the realization of one of his first dreams. The fulfillment of a second dream began when Ryan followed in his grandfather’s footsteps and got into the real estate business. Licensed in February of 2015, by the end of 2016 Ryan had closed over $20 Million in property sales. This extraordinary success in his first year– a time which is truly make or break in real estate– put him in a category few ever accomplish.

 

While the remarkable numbers certainly speak for themselves, what is truly important to Ryan is the happiness and financial well-being of his clients. Never taking success for granted, he is fueled by a desire to innovate, take action, and stand out from the crowd— whether using VR (virtual reality) technology to showcase a property, giving an update on the market via Facebook Live, writing thank you letters to clients on his classic typewriter or hosting creative open houses. A familiar face in the community, Ryan enjoys collaborating and sharing his business philosophies with fellow members of the Sarasota Young Professionals real estate group.

 

Although real estate is 24/7 for Ryan, he cherishes family bike rides with his wife, Theresa, who works alongside him in real estate, and their son Charlie, and daughter, Harper. Ryan also feels fortunate to be able to spend time boating on Sarasota Bay with his dad, catch up with old friends, and travel with Theresa to amazing places around the world.
