When it came time to list the property and sell it, we received an offer at about 20k under the list price which I thought was reasonable to close at. Austin recommended meeting in the middle and provided a lot of value simply by negotiating that extra 10k. He made a compelling case to push for that and I trusted his opinion to make that counter - it worked out well and I appreciated him giving solid reasoning and, also, making the deal itself. On the back end of the deal, Lili and Austin ensured a seamless closing and made an out-of-state closing very seamless and feel very light. I definitely appreciated that because of the time demands I had going on at the moment. I highly recommend this group for your real estate needs. They surpassed my, admittedly, high expectations and I would recommend them without hesitation.
